Weight Watchers Turkey Burgers

Summer is getting close now and we all know how bad regular hamburgers are for us. Here is an alternative, Turkey is very low in fat and is fabulous as a meat to barbeque. Try these instead and you will wonder why you neever ate turkey burgers before.

1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup shredded zucchini
1/4 cup ketchup
1 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup red or green pepper, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt

In a bowl
combine all ingredients except the Turkey until well mixed. Add turkey and mix well. Shape into six 1/2 in.-thick patties. Wrap with sheet of waxed paper in between so that they do not stick together. Freeze if you wish

To Prepare:
Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting the grill.Grill, covered, over indirect medium heat for 6 minutes on each side or until thoroughly cooked inside.

Makes 6 Servings. 3 points per serving
