Weight Watcher recipe - Mild Salsa

Great Weight watchers recipe! I love salsa on many foods but as you may not know salsa is one of the most popular condimanets in the United States. You can use salsa as a topping for many foods and this mild salsa is great just on it's own as a kind of bean salad. And it is of course low in points and high in Fiber.
