A yummy breakfast this morning

I have been eating all bran or at least my local supermarkets no name version of All Bran. This morning I had All Bran with 1% milk and a banana. This was 5 points for breakfast which is a bit high for how big it looks but the amount of fiber was off the chart with 12 grams, that is a lot and the banana is one of those 2 point fruits that i love a lot. I am going to try to chart a few more of these small meals that I eat as I try to eat about six meals a day and so each meal is a little smaller than a regular meal would be.
