Fat Free (1 oz / 3 tbsp) = 1 pt
Light = 2 pts
Regular = 3 pts
Cheese Whiz
Light (1 tbsp) = 2 pts
Regular (2 tbsp) = 2 pts
Cream Cheese
Regular (1 tbsp) = 1 pt
Light (2 tbsp) = 1 pt
Cheddar Cheese
Light (1 oz) = 2 pts
Regular (1 oz) = 3 pts
Black Diamond Hi & Lo
1 oz = 1 pt
Monterey Jack
