I love this quote as it tells us a lot of what we need to know to succeed, not only in fitness but in life.

These are the three parts of life that are a great basis.

Ability are the skills that we have TODAY

Motivation is the Reason, the WHY of what we do

And Attitude is what gets the running shoes on and stops us from turning around when we get tired.
