The Wendie Plan with weight watchers

The Wendie Plan is a system that you use in conjunction with Weight Watchers. You still count points but you vary the number of points per day, which incidentally is exactly the way the flex points are supposed to work.

Many people have had great results using the Wendie plan and the great thing is that you do it with weight watchers so you just need to make some changes on a daily basis compared to how you work things now.
