BMI and Glycemic load

I looked with the archives of the blog and am surprised which i haven't pointed out BMI before. TheBMI is essentially the way of measuring how rapidly a carb is going to be burned and digested from your body.

Take this situation, one individual eats a pack of sugar and something person eats a potato. You realized the sugar would rapidly lift up your bloodstream sugar along with 30 minutes later approximately your bloodstream sugar would drop down again where using the potato your bloodstream sugar would rise a little for a few hrs after which drop gradually that point on (I'm only speculating in the amounts to indicate the concept).
